Mark Mappa is the founder, president, and managing principal at Mappa Wealth Management. He has over 30 years of experience in financial planning and wealth management.
As a fiduciary and independent financial advisor, Mark provides objective advice that is tailored to meet each client’s specific and individual situation and that is designed to help them reach their stated financial goals.
He does this by taking the time to listen to his clients and to truly understand their goals and objectives. He also prides himself on being able to explain difficult financial topics in a way that is easily understood.
Mark’s years of experience as an independent financial advisor has led to a philosophy and perspective about financial planning that he incorporates into the strategies he develops for each of his clients. While everyone’s strategy is unique to them, Mark believes that the underlying philosophy of a successful financial plan includes thinking in terms of cash flow, investing like the wealthy, protecting the downside of your investments, and thinking outside the financial box.
Mark is the author of the book Cash Flow Is King which is based on what he has learned and experienced in his 30-plus years in financial services and about his clients’ expectations for their retirement. The book is a primer on how we all should truly think about money, savings, investments and retirement. He has also been a guest speaker on the television show The Stock Market Observer and has written numerous articles on financial planning.
Mark and his wife Rachel have three children, Zackary, Tanner, and Sophie. When not working, Mark enjoys reading books on financial topics. He also enjoys sports, driving his corvette, vacationing, and spending time at the family’s Florida home.
